The popular series "Late Night Tales" has entered the 2010s with the theme of "Late Night Tales" which has been supervised by Fatboy Slim, Jamiro Kwai, and Bell & Sebastian. This time the white feather arrow stands up for the Cinematic Orchestra! Just as its name suggests, the Cinematic Orchestra is a popular choice of epic and cinematic sounds, and is undoubtedly one of the most suitable artists for the theme of the series, and its creation on trial and error, is recognized by the label staff as it has been reached to the highest quality of the past! The new creation opens a backdrop from a beautiful harp research by flying lotus and continues to be a favorite of Nick Drake, Shaggy Austis and the Cinematic Orchestra. In addition, the members say that they are a big fan and the sense of connecting Tom Yoke and Biok songs with Steve Reich and Imogen Heep's instrument songs is only a drifthstone. Featuring Affro Beat's master Tony Allen, the Sebastian Terrier song "La Ritournelle" is prepared in the scissors last from the Cinematic Orchestra, representing Northern Soul, the 60's soul, Soul Singer and Fontera Bass!! This song was made exclusively for this work and is rendered in the music of the masterpiece "Ma Fleur" and he joins Heidi Vogel in the live of The Cinematic Orchestra, with Grey-Levelend acoustic guitar. Born from the desire to honor her who worked together in his work, this special song is a wonderful piece that will be completed by the Late Night Tales series.

Late Night Tales (there are other "versions" by MGMT, and others) is mostly a compilation of Cinematic Orchestra's faves. Much of the music is 70's styled rock, soul, including soulful singing in an african American female vocal song about why? freedom. This song among others are vey soulful and genuine in sound and feeling, something totally lacking in post 2000 era. Not to say the other "Late Night Tales" compiliations of this year aren't somehow authentic. But these resonate in a spirit of felt experience which is another victim in this era. The choices are so good that it wouldn't be a bad idea to check out the other artist's compilation choices, as they include many songs which mostly weren't even underground hits but speak very well of what music has been representing over the past 30 years by many bands taking there turns adding to the endless discogrophy for people to recognize.
