I took up running recently and now that we’re in the colder season I really needed something to keep my ears from freezing. I’m not mega keen on wearing things on my head but this headband is very comfortable and does the trick. I bought it in large, which means it's just tight enough but not too tight. I can also still hear what’s going on around me while wearing it which is a bonus. Haven’t washed it yet so can’t comment on whether it shrinks or expands over time. A great alternative for those who don’t like wearing hats or caps for running in winter.
