2021 release. Bleachers release their highly anticipated third album Take The Sadness Out Of Saturday Night. In late 2020, they offered up the first taste of new music to preview the album with the release of "Chinatown" (featuring Bruce Springsteen) and "45". Bleachers, who are known for their incredible live shows, headlined a North American tour in support of the album, which included a number of major festival dates like Sasquatch Festival, Governor's Ball, and Firefly Music Festival. Five-time Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter, musician, and producer, Jack Antonoff, is the creative force behind Bleachers.

So when Bleachers released their first music video of this album, Chinatown, I was like... meh, doesn't have the same kick to my ears like their Gone Now Foreign Girls or Don't Take The Money. However, I bit the bullet and bought the entire album anyway (mp3) and decided to listen from the beginning, 91 all the way down to What'd I'd Do With All This Faith?. And at the end, I decided that this album was not bad, but I would have to rank it below Gone Now... Because it's the only other album I own from Bleachers (heard about them in 2017).Out of this album, I really enjoy listening to Don't Go Dark, Secret Life, and How Dare You Want More (as well as the rest of the album); but my favorite has to be Stop Making This Hurt. It's very lively, just like How Dare You Want More, but it reminds me of Gone Now and I Wanna Get Better. At the end, this album to me is enjoyable to listen to and I hope Bleachers advance onto the future with new ideas and beats.
